Hola! Students in PreK3 through 8th grade learn Spanish in our challenging Calico Spanish program consisting of sight words, music, and storytelling. Our program, which incorporates reading, writing, and oral proficiencies, aids scholars to grasp and retain the language at an early age.
Our Middle School program begins with the CI Masterclass program, which fully immerses our scholars into the Spanish language. Scholars complete Spanish based projects that include scholar reviews, telenovelas and writing a Spanish novel.
This course is designed for middle school students who are eager to improve their health and fitness. Through engaging activities and a supportive environment, scholars will focus on developing cardiovascular endurance, strength, and overall fitness.Activities Include:Middle School students develop skills learning basic principles of yearbook production and develop skills that include writing copy, captions and headlines; digital photography; desktop publishing and using appropriate technology tools for media production.
Yearbook supports student’s development as writers, photographers, editors, independent users of technology and as responsible contributing members of the Corpus Christi Catholic School community.
In this course, students explore the cutting-edge world of robotics, gaining hands-on experience with the design, construction, and operation of robots. They learn to apply engineering principles and advanced technology to create functional, intelligent machines. Through a mix of theory and practical projects, students build a strong foundation in robotics, preparing them for future innovation in a rapidly growing field.
The school’s collection of over 3000 books, CD’s, and more, are cataloged on-line for easy reference. Our Book Fair helps to provide funds for additions to this fine collection of quality children’s literature and historical classics. Available to all school families, the library is a resource which enhances our student's STREAM learning.
This coding class introduces elementary and middle school students to programming through fun projects and activities. They’ll learn coding basics, enhance problem-solving skills, and spark creativity while building games, animations, and apps. It’s the perfect way to start exploring the world of technology!

Students study world cultures, art history, a variety of art forms, and techniques. Mediums of clay, paint, sculpture, collage and drawing develop artistic expression and promote creativity. Student artwork is proudly displayed throughout the campus and entered into area competitions. Art is offered in the elementary curriculum and as an elective for grades 6 – 8.
Bravo School of Music is offered on campus! Along with ensuring all scholars receive the necessary skills to play their chosen instrument correctly, Bravo will also oversee the progress of each individual and group. Scholars will have an opportunity to play solo and small ensembles, as well as perform with a large ensemble. In the spring, Bravo assembles all band students, from all Bravo band programs and perform together, as one band unit.

Students are being introduced to the fundamentals of embroidery, learning key techniques like threading, stitching, and fabric preparation. Through hands-on practice, they’ll explore different stitch styles, from basic straight stitches to more intricate patterns, allowing them to create beautiful and personalized designs.
Corpus Christi Catholic School Student Council is an organization that assists with activities at CCCS and its surrounding community. Students who are members of student council will have the opportunity to do a variety of community service activities; help organize and plan school dances; and contribute to CCCS.
Students should consider this the extracurricular activity because it helps to build character, leadership, decision making, organization skills and responsibility.
This class will help eighth grade students prepare for the upcoming high school entrance exam. Students will be introduced to both content and format of the test in an effort to enhance their test taking savvy. They will practice skills necessary to be successful on the entrance exam. Skills will benefit students regardless of their choice of high school(s).
The most established of all the organizations within Corpus Christi Catholic School is the National Jr. Honor Society (NJHS). Joining this group is your opportunity to develop the habits and standards so important to success in the future. Notable events are the induction ceremonies, and volunteer opportunities, such as Safety Patrol.
