Tuition Assistance

In an effort to be good stewards of the resources entrusted to our care, and provide for equitable distribution, the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston utilizes the FACTS management application process for determining financial need in allocating tuition assistance. 

 2026-2027 FACTS Tuition Assistance Timeline

FACTS Tuition Assistance application opens December 1, 2025 for the subsequent school year. 

Applications will not be considered complete and cannot be reviewed until all required documentation listed below has been submitted to FACTS. 

• Completed FACTS Application
• Prior year's Tax Return and Schedules 
• Prior year's W-2

DEADLINE for ROUND 1: February 7, 2026

All required documentation must be uploaded to FACTS and application must be in "verified" or "DNF-Do Not File" status by the deadline date above.  

Award notification e-mails will be sent out the week of March 3rd.

 DEADLINE for ROUND 2: June 23, 2026
All required documentation must be uploaded to FACTS and application must be in "verified" or "DNF-Do Not File" status by the deadline date above.

Award notification e-mails will be sent out the week of July 21st.

ACE Scholarships

ACE is a K-12 scholarship program dedicated to providing purely needs-based scholarships for families who meet income qualifications. The 2026-2027 ACE Scholarship's application will be open February 2, 2026, through, April 15, 2026. 

Award notifications will be sent out by June 2026.
